Our Atho and Bhejo come straight from the bustling street bazaars of Burma — where noodle carts steam at dusk, garlic oil sizzles, and every plate is tossed to order in front of you. We brought that same street-side energy to Bangalore: hand-tossed Burmese noodles, slow-simmered paya, and short eats made the way the street vendors of Rangoon have done for generations.
